Tim Pratt has won the Hugo Award for his short story "Impossible Dreams." He is the author of the Marla Mason series, and has won the Rhysling Award for SF Poetry. He has had numerous poems and stories published right here at Strange Horizons. The lucky blogger for week four will be the recipient of an original piece of short fiction by Tim Pratt. Tim is going to write exclusively for the blogger prize winner, who will then have the world's only copy of that piece of fiction.
As an added bonus, the winner will receive a copy of The Strange Adventures of Rangergirl and his short story collection, Hart & Boot & Other Stories.
Go forth and blog! Feel free to email the development team with your blog link, or post it below. We really need to push for donations this week, as we are not yet to the half-way point and there are only six days left of the month. This may mean we have to extend the fund drive, don't let that happen! Blog and donate!

Very cool Tim Pratt prizes are in store for this week's blogger!

Tu enfiles longuement la chemise des murs,/ tout comme d’autres le font avec la chemise de la mort.
The little monster was not born like a human child, yelling with cold and terror as he left his mother’s womb. He had come to life little by little, on the high, three-legged bench. When his eyes had opened, they met the eyes of the broad-shouldered sculptor, watching them tenderly.
We're delighted to welcome Nat Paterson to the blog, to tell us more about his translation of Léopold Chauveau's story 'The Little Monster'/ 'Le Petit Monstre', which appears in our April 2024 issue.
