Liking it. SH must be listening to us. Get rid of the unreadable, incoherent scrabble the likes of Fintushel's doggy turds and gives us more interesting entertaining plot/character based stories like this one (and Dogtown, which I really enjoyed also). Good work. SH, I'm one reader you're starting to win back.
Looking forward to part two. :)

What a fine ghost story. I really like the bewilderment of the ghosts. I look forward to the next episode. A yes like another reader, though I am a sci fi fan, I much prefer a well told more traditional tale to some of the subMatrix wierdCyberhuman stuff we have been offered recently

I waited for both parts to be published before reading it. Biggles meets Arthur. Really good.

Very nice; I enjoyed this story a lot. As an armchair WWII aviation buff, I particularly liked the choice of the Hurricane instead of the Spitfire. The Spits got most of the glory, but the Hurries were the true workhorses.
