Yifat Shaik is an aspiring animator and artist, but unfortunately for her still not working in the business. She is a third-year student in the animation department of the Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem, Israel. Drawn to fantasy (and fairies especially) since an early age, her art is inspired by the works of Brian Froud and Alan Lee, as well as by comic books and manga. She has contributed to Elfwood's Fantasy Art Resource Project, and some of her art has been featured in ISF (an Israeli SF website) and in Dreams in Aspamia (one of Israel's leading SF magazines).

You can view more of Yifat's artwork at yifatshaik.gfxartist.com, and she can be contacted by email at yifatshaik@gmail.com.
