In this episode of the Strange Horizons podcast, editor Ciro Faienza presents poetry from the September issues of Strange Horizons.

Matt Alexander is a scientist and writer in Philadelphia. When struck by insight, he shouts “Bazinga!,” not “Eureka!,” although he has nothing against Archimedes and is in fact himself an avid bath-taker. His short stories and poems have been featured in Maudlin House, Flapperhouse, After the Pause, and others. You can follow him on Twitter at @thenamesmatta.
Andrew Kozma’s poems appear in Rogue Agent, Redactions, and Contemporary Verse 2. His books of poems are City of Regret and Orphanotrophia. You can find him on Bluesky at @thedrellum.bsky.social and visit his website at www.andrewkozma.net.
