Eliani Torres lives in southern Vermont, where she works as a freelance copy editor. She studied writing at Bennington and Marlboro Colleges and is a graduate of Clarion West (2003). "Who Put the Bomp?" a collaboration with Nick Mamatas, was published in 2006. "Ignis Fatuus" is her solo fiction debut.
