To kick things off, a few posts I've spotted over the last week or so:

  • David Soyka at Black Gate: "one value of 'subscribing' is you at least get a tax deduction out of it." Good point!
  • Articles Editor and reviewer Phoebe North, who points out some of her "very favorite pieces of writing ever, like Nick Poniatowski’s How to Make Friends in Seventh Grade, Genevieve Valentine’s Bespoke, and Jo Walton’s Relentlessly Mundane."

  • Elizabeth Barrette, who's published several poems with us, mentioned the fund drive on her blog and in the crowdfunding LJ/Dreamwidth community
  • And Matt Denault has a characteristically eloquent and generous piece about SH at Lingua Fantastika: "What’s been most pleasing about Strange Horizons in recent years is seeing how hard the publication has worked at improving itself. In particular, at bridging gaps without losing its identity." We blush!

Thanks to all -- more later.
