The problem with collecting everybody else’s reviews is the lingering sense that it’s all been said. Perhaps it has, and perhaps a consensus is forming.
It’s often said that our field is obsessed with awards, spends too much time arguing about them, and perhaps that’s true; but that’s not the same thing as saying that awards don’t matter.
