Terrie Hashimoto is a Japanese SFF book reviewer who founded Rikka Zine in 2019. She
sometimes writes and guest-edits for Hayakawa’s SF Magazine. Her anthologies Best
Translated SF of the 2000s and Best Translated SF of the 2010s were published from
Hayakawa publishing in 2020.
